Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with nine years of experience helping adults better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I support clients with a range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and mood challenges. I've also completed focused trainings to support Black mental health needs. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, creating a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, open, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work with you to clarify your goals and better understand how therapy can support your needs and growth. Using a blend of therapy approaches, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical skills. I’m here to guide your growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s going on in your life right now and touch on past experiences that feel important to you. We’ll start getting clear on your goals and what you want from therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive space where you feel safe opening up.
