Great to meet you!

I work with adults ages 20–70 who are navigating anxiety, depression, end‐of‐life concerns, work stress, and relationship challenges. My intention is to create a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and encouraged as you move toward greater clarity and emotional wellbeing. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington, DC, and I’ve spent more than 23 years supporting individuals in a variety of settings. I’m truly glad you’ve chosen to begin individual therapy. Taking this step is an act of care toward yourself, and it deserves to be honored.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is unique, and you deserve care. If we decide to work together, we’ll move through this process side by side, as partners in your healing. I want our time together to feel open, respectful, and grounded in trust. My role is to listen with care, offer thoughtful guidance when it’s helpful, and support you throughout your journey. I’ll be here with you, steady, present, and committed, as you explore, heal, and strengthen the parts of your life that matter most.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session, where you’ll have space to share your story and what you hope to find or create through therapy. We’ll explore this together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My intention is to offer a warm, welcoming environment where you can speak openly, feel safe being vulnerable, and know you’re supported. From there, we’ll continue working side by side in the sessions that follow, shaping your goals into something real and meaningful for your life.
