Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need someone to help us sort through what we're experiencing. I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, self-esteem, or major life changes. I believe therapy should feel genuine and collaborative, and I want you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop tools to create meaningful change. I incorporate CBT, family systems, attachment-based approaches, and Christian counseling when desired.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals, what's been happening in your life, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. We'll start where you are and work together from there. If you feel ready, schedule a free consultation and let's see if we're a good fit.
