Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed mental health clinician with over two decades of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand that clinical expertise alone isn't what creates real change — it's the combination of evidence-based care and genuine compassion that moves the needle. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I approach every client as an individual whose needs, history, and goals shape the way we work together. My commitment is to provide care that is both rigorous and deeply human.

My approach to therapy

I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy — tailoring the approach to what will actually work for you. Therapy, in my view, is a true collaboration: you bring your lived experience, I bring clinical expertise, and together we build a path toward outcomes that are real and lasting. I prioritize your emotional safety above all else, and I work to create a space where you feel heard before anything else.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about establishing a foundation of trust and safety. I'll take time to understand who you are, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together — without rushing or making assumptions. You're welcome to reach out by email or voicemail beforehand if you have questions or just want to get a feel for things before we meet. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — showing up is enough.
