Great to meet you!

I am an EMDR-certified therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, stress, parenting challenges, and perinatal mental health. I work closely with Asian American and minority clients navigating family conflict, cultural expectations, perfectionism, and identity-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and culturally affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as your authentic self. Using a trauma-informed lens, I help clients explore past experiences, understand patterns that may no longer serve them, and respond to themselves with greater compassion. Through active listening, thoughtful feedback, and collaborative problem-solving, we work together to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your experiences, and identifying the goals you'd like to work toward. I'll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and together we'll explore how I can best support you and whether we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we'll create a plan and schedule that feels supportive, collaborative, and manageable for your needs.
