Great to meet you!

I see therapy as an opportunity to honor both resilience and vulnerability. My role is not to give answers, but to walk alongside my clients as they discover new perspectives, develop healthier coping skills, and embrace the possibilities ahead. Each session is a chance to experiment, reflect, and build momentum toward meaningful change—always keeping the client’s goals at the center.

My approach to therapy

While I draw heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in challenging unhelpful thoughts and patterns, I also enjoy getting creative and weaving in other modalities as needed. Sometimes that means exploring mindfulness, narrative work, or solution-oriented techniques to fit where a client is in their journey. My approach is flexible and collaborative, designed to meet people where they are and adapt as their needs evolve.

What you can expect from me

At the core of my work is the belief that therapy is a journey we take together. I value curiosity, creativity, and authenticity in the process, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Whether someone is working through stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply looking for personal growth, I focus on helping them uncover tools that not only bring relief in the present but also support lasting change. With me, a client can expect to feel supported above all else.
