Great to meet you!

With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, confidence, and hope. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful change is possible for everyone.

My primary goal is to walk alongside you throughout your therapeutic journey—creating a space where you feel heard, respected, validated, and understood, while also receiving practical tools and strategies to help you create meaningful change in your life. I believe therapy should provide both a place to process your experiences and a pathway toward growth, healing, and improved well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that choosing therapy is an act of courage. Whether you are struggling with emotional challenges, relationship concerns, past trauma, behavioral difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, reaching out for support is an important first step. I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique experiences, identify strengths, establish meaningful goals, and develop realistic strategies for moving forward.

Throughout my career, I have provided behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of clinical settings. I have experience working with youth ages five and older, including adolescents ages 10–17 and their families. My areas of clinical experience include ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, emotional and behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, family concerns, and other mental health needs.

I currently provide individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as Christian counseling, to clients across the lifespan. I recognize that no two individuals experience life or mental health in exactly the same way. Therefore, I believe treatment should be individualized and responsive to each client’s needs, values, experiences, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Most importantly, I believe that you are more than your past and more than your current circumstances. Your experiences may have shaped you, but they do not have to define you. I believe in the possibility of growth, healing, and transformation—even when taking the next step feels difficult. My role is not to walk your journey for you, but to walk alongside you, support you, challenge you when necessary, and help you discover the tools and strengths you already possess.

I believe in you, and I believe change is possible.
