Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-worth concerns, anxiety, stress, and long-standing behavioral patterns that may no longer serve them. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about how to create lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, culturally aware, and insight-driven. Together, we will explore the root of learned behaviors, thought patterns, emotional wounds, and survival responses while building healthier ways of coping, communicating, and showing up for yourself. I believe healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pain, pressure, and patterns.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are learning to set boundaries, navigate relationships, process trauma, manage stress, or simply rediscover yourself, therapy can be a powerful space for growth and transformation. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, empowered, and equipped with the tools needed to create meaningful and sustainable change.
