Great to meet you!

Healing doesn’t happen on a rigid timeline and that patience, both with ourselves and the process, is one of the most powerful tools we can cultivate. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck, caught in the weight of past trauma, navigating grief, or struggling to move forward through life transitions that feel overwhelming or unclear. I understand that “moving on” isn’t about forgetting or forcing progress. It’s about making space for your experiences, honoring what you’ve been through, and finding a way to carry your story with greater ease and self-compassion. Together, we work at a pace that feels right.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate EMDR to help process and reframe traumatic memories, CBT to explore and shift unhelpful thought patterns, somatic work to reconnect with the body and release stored tension, and mindfulness to build awareness and presence in everyday life. These modalities allow us to address from multiple angles—mind, body, and emotional experience.

What you can expect from me

My role is to meet you exactly where you are, without pressure or judgment, and help you gently reconnect with your own capacity for growth and change. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. Change doesn’t require rushing—it requires the right environment, steady support, and the willingness to take one step at a time.
