My approach to therapy

My approach during therapy sessions is Person Centered Therapy based, where in client feels welcomed into a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, open minded and supportive therapeutic environment that one can feel comfortable in and can entrust to talk about anything that is challenging the mental peace and health in their life. I focus on collaboratively working with clients to achieve healing, empowerment and growth starting from first session onwards.
