Great to meet you!

Hi there! I work with adolescents and adults with mental health and interpersonal challenges. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, codependence, and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approaches are trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based. I use exposure and acceptance-based therapies, somatic experiencing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and others based on appropriateness and client preference.

What you can expect from our first session

Our time together will be a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share and process life events, improve relationships, learn ways to regulate emotions, cope, and work toward other goals you choose.
