Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and social difficulties. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while developing practical skills they can use in everyday life. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I strive to make therapy collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care when appropriate. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, and build tools to better manage emotions, relationships, and life’s challenges. My focus is not only on helping you feel better in the moment but also on creating lasting skills that promote resilience and long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a relaxed, supportive environment. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your personal history, identify your current challenges, and talk about what you hope to achieve through treatment. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and begin developing a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.

I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important first step. My hope is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and confident that meaningful change is possible.
