Great to meet you!

Being human can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying anxiety, trauma, body image concerns, or navigating major life transitions.

Healing doesn't require having everything figured out. Wherever you are in your journey, support is available, and meaningful change is possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is that I start wherever you are at in your journey.

I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to your needs, often including EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy to help process past experiences and understand patterns that keep you stuck. I may also use Somatic work, mindfulness, DBT skills to support grounding, emotional regulation, and lasting change.

I work with mostly adults, ranging from 17-39.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will look at what you will want to work on. What are your goals? What would you like to get out of therapy?
