Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions with compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique story. My approach is humanistic, holistic, and strength-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their inner resilience.

I believe that identifying your personal values and learning to live in alignment with them can create greater clarity, purpose, and emotional well-being. Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you move toward the life you want to live.

My work integrates emotional, relational, and mind-body awareness to support healing as a whole-person process. Whether you are coping with past trauma, persistent anxiety, depression, stress, self-doubt, or difficulty navigating relationships, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can feel heard without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership. Rather than focusing solely on problems or diagnoses, I help clients recognize their strengths, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate healthier ways of coping and connecting. My goal is to support you in building a more meaningful, balanced, and authentic life—one that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.

Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to navigate difficult experiences alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing with greater intention and self-compassion. I would be honored to support you on that journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, relevant personal history, and any current challenges you may be facing. I will also explain my approach to therapy, answer questions, and review important information such as confidentiality and session expectations. The first session is an opportunity for us to build comfort, establish trust, and collaboratively determine how therapy can best support your needs.
