Great to meet you!

My unique experience as a clinician enables me to provide counseling, clinical supervision and career mentorship.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize systems theory as a foundation for counseling and supervision. I practice relational therapy and recognize that relationships are the keys to success. Relational therapy begins with seeing problems and solutions, not in the individual (psychological or medical approaches) but more in the cultural context and relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

I empower people holistically for optimum health in mind, body and spirit. Treatment is specific outcome driven, in order to guide clients in identification of new skills and utilization of existing strengths to accomplish life goals and resolve crises. Guiding principles: Integrity, peace, healing and innovation.
