Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in psychology and over 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked extensively with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, and long-standing emotional patterns.
Many of my clients come to me after trying therapy before and still feeling stuck. They often say things like, “I understand why I feel this way, but nothing is actually changing.” That is where our work begins.
My approach is both insightful and active. We do not just talk about problems. We work through them in a way that leads to real shifts. I help you understand the deeper patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also giving you clear tools to manage what is happening in the moment.
I am direct, engaged, and highly attuned. I will notice patterns, ask meaningful questions, and guide you toward clarity. At the same time, I create a space where you can feel safe being fully honest, even about things that are hard to say out loud.
I specialize in complex relationship dynamics, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that repeat over time. This includes work around trust, conflict, attachment, and the impact of past experiences on current relationships.
Clients who work with me often begin to feel more grounded, more in control of their emotions, and clearer about their decisions. The goal is not just insight, but lasting change in how you feel, relate, and move through your life.
I take my work seriously and tailor each session to the person in front of me. Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and designed to help you move forward in a meaningful way.
