Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where children, adolescents, and adults feel heard, understood, and empowered. I help clients address anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I tailor care to each person’s needs and support confidence, coping, growth, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is rooted in Solution-Focused Therapy and strengths-based counseling. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, recognize existing resources, and build practical strategies for reaching their goals. Rather than focusing only on problems, I help clients notice what is working and use those insights to create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, practical, and goal-oriented, helping clients overcome obstacles and move toward a more fulfilling future.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can share at their own pace. We will get to know one another, discuss what brought them to therapy, and explore their goals. Together, we will begin identifying strengths and practical steps toward positive change. Clients can ask questions, consider whether I am the right fit, and leave with a clearer understanding of how we will work together.
