I am delighted to continue assisting individuals, couples, children, teenagers and families through varying life struggles like coping with loss and grief, post-traumatic stress, stabilizing moods, and regulating emotions. Rebuilding healthy relationships after major life changing circumstances has been possible using the proven techniques and approaches I have developed over more than twenty years.

Using biblical principles and a variety of proven therapeutic techniques I have assisted hundreds of people to become liberated-to move from being stuck to regaining a meaningful life-from just surviving to thriving in healthy relationships and satisfying lives. I believe that real growth, positive change, and freedom is possible for anyone who avails themselves.
