Great to meet you!

I am a LPCS in the state of Georgia certified in anger management, Grief, and Shoplifting. If you often, feel overwhelmed by feelings of depression, anxiety, hopelessness or loneliness, connect with me. Together we will work on strategies that will help you find the root causes of these negative feelings to build a more progressive and meaningful life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a strong believer that if you can change your thoughts you can change the mind. CBT is one of my main approaches. I often use the humanistic approach which gives the individual a goal to reach because it allows the individual to see that he can grown emotionally as well as physically. Mindfulness is important because it teaches living in the moment and not to worry so much about the past. It allows the client to move forward.

What you can expect from our first session

The client will feel that I am someone whom he can trust and build rapport with. They will know that I am not hear to give suggestions or tell them what to do but, empower them to change their lives for the better.
