Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over fifteen years of experience supporting people through healing and growth. I’ve worked in community mental health, supervised both clinical and non-clinical teams, and experience in private practice. I enjoy working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting challenges. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to move at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I use a compassionate, strength-based approach and meet clients exactly where they are. I’m committed to providing a safe, ethical, and supportive space where we can work together toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive space where we explore what brings you in and the strengths you’re already carrying. We’ll move at a comfortable pace as we clarify your needs and begin setting goals together. My focus is to work collaboratively with you so you feel grounded, understood, and empowered as we start your therapeutic process.
