Do you find yourself struggling emotionally, feel stuck, stressed, unmotivated, sad or anxious? Have you ever felt that your mind was playing tricks on you, wants you to believe you are worthless? I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, Bipolar, ADHD, PTSD. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit along with a positive faith and belief in hope and healing. I believe in the realization that recovery and wholeness is possible no matter what a person may be dealing with.

I strongly support the combined approach of psychotherapy coupled with psychopharmacologic / medications to manage treatment for major depression, PTSD, anxiety, and many other struggles and disorders. My goal is to meet the client where they are and to maximize personalized treatment regimens for ongoing success.

I use evidence based approaches for ongoing assessment and diagnosis to optimize outcomes.

I am trained to work with children 10 years old and older, adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors. I have 4 years experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 28 years experience as a Registered Nurse and over 15 years dedicated to Mental Health Nursing.
