Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is client-centered and compassionate. I believe every person has unique experiences, strengths, and challenges and I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season or simply want to better understand yourself, I welcome the opportunity to take this journey with you.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions. I believe the client is the expert in their own life. My role is to listen, support, provide guidance, and help you recognize your strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar. My goal is to make your first session comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment. Our first session will be spent getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll listen to your concerns, learn about your current experiences and goals, and begin to understand what you hope to gain from counseling.
