I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 30 years experience in various settings in the mental health field focusing on individual and couples therapy. I specialize in treating adults, couples and seniors with a wide range of psychological issues such as depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress and Autism Spectrum disorders. I also treat issues related to chronic/terminal illness, grief and loss, marital and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about utilizing a strengths-based approach combined with mindfulness and trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also employ Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing along with other evidence based interventions to work collaboratively with my patients.
