Shirley Moore

Hi there! I’m Shirley, a licensed professional counselor with experience in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings. I love creating a warm, supportive space where people can feel safe, seen, and to be their authentic selves. My work is rooted in kindness, authenticity, humor, growth, and openness. I especially enjoy working with people of color, the LGBTQIA+ community, first- and second-generation Americans, women, and working professionals. Please call for additional availability.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and explorative. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your journey. I enjoy supporting clients through life transitions, anxiety, identity exploration, family and communication challenges, and more. My style is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, narrative therapy, parts work, attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, and psychodynamic thinking to meet you where you are.

We'll move at your pace, exploring your thoughts, experiences, and patterns with curiosity and care.
