Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel human—not rushed or impersonal.

I provide a non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel understood. My approach integrates thoughtful medication management with psychotherapy when appropriate, always tailored to your individual needs.

Diagnosis can be an important part of understanding your experience, but it’s only one piece of the picture. I look at your mental, physical, and emotional well-being, as well as the life experiences that shape what you’re going through.

I offer collaborative, grounded care to help you move toward a more balanced, integrative, and holistic sense of well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that effective mental health treatment begins with excellent interpersonal communication and a strong human connection. Inspired by Don Miguel Ruiz’s insight that "The human mind is like a fertile ground where seeds are continually being planted, I strive to nurture the minds and lives of my patients.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me is conversational and collaborative—not rushed or overly clinical. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s brought you in, and what you’re hoping to get out of care. I’ll take time to understand your history, current concerns, and overall well-being. If appropriate, we may begin discussing treatment options, including therapy, medication, or both, and start building a plan that feels realistic and tailored to you.
