Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience supporting children, families, and caregivers. I earned my degree from Fordham University in 2016 and have worked extensively in the early intervention field. I bring a compassionate, practical, and family-centered perspective to my work, with an understanding of the unique challenges that can arise across different stages of life and parenting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths- based. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood without judgment. Together, we will build on your strengths and develop practical coping tools. My goal is to help you feel more confident managing anxiety, parenting stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, developmental concerns, and perinatal or postpartum emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our first session to feel like a conversation focused on getting to know you and what led you to seek support. We will talk through your current concerns, what has been helpful or difficult in the past, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to help you leave with a clearer sense of direction, initial goals, and the beginning of a plan that feels manageable and supportive.
