Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Transformative Journey Counseling, LLC. I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University. I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, and adjustment-related challenges. My work focuses on empowering clients to gain insight, build resilience, and find healthy ways to cope and grow through life’s transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy.

I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore challenges and develop effective tools for change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and supported as they work toward emotional balance and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, relaxed environment where they can share their story at their own pace. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and any current challenges or goals you’d like to focus on. I use this time to begin building a genuine connection and understanding your unique needs.

By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and have a clearer sense of what our work together will look like moving forward. My goal is for clients to leave the first session with a sense of hope and the reassurance that they’re in a safe space dedicated to their growth and healing.
