Great to meet you!

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a warm, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel genuinely heard. I have an extensive background in school counseling and leadership and like to mix in deep empathy with practical, real-world tools to help you navigate messy transitions and stressors. I use a trauma- informed approach that focuses on building a strong, authentic foundation for your mental wellness, completely free of judgement. Together, we will work as a team to process through challenges, grow your resilience and help you create a life that feels balanced and grounded. You will form a foundation of support and skills that are forged through trials and tribulations, yet you will come out stronger on the other side.

My approach to therapy

Stuck in the space between "kid" and "real adult"? Let's talk.

  • Constantly stressed about making the "right" choices for your future?
  • Feeling disconnected from old friends but lonely in new spaces?
  • Drowning in perfectionism or a severe case of imposter syndrome?

Transitioning into adulthood is a massive identity shift. I specialize in helping young adults navigate the unique chaos of these years without losing their minds. No rigid blank-slate therapy here—just real conversations, practical strategies, and a space where you can be 100% yourself.

What you can expect from me

Meeting with a therapist for the first time is a huge step and I like to emphasize this in our first session. We will start by building safety and connection, creating a "place" where you feel safe, seen and completely free of judgement. We will cover the basics of therapy, but a majority of our time will be focused on helping me understand your story. My goal for this meeting is to understand why you are there and where you are hoping to go in your wellness journey. We will end the session by making sure we are a good match, come up with a game plan for moving forward and get the next session on the books if all goes well.
