Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that seem impossible to change. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other experiences that continue to affect their daily lives.

Using EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I provide a warm, direct, and personalized approach with a strong focus on safety, preparation, and integration. Whether you are processing a single traumatic event or the effects of long standing experiences, my goal is to help you move beyond symptom relief toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), CBT, mindfulness, and family systems. Rather than only talking about symptoms, we work together to understand and process the experiences that keep you feeling stuck. Throughout the process, I emphasize safety, collaboration, and practical tools to help you build resilience, gain insight, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self compassion.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We'll talk about your history, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals and discuss the treatment approaches that may best support your needs, including EMDR or Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) when appropriate. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together, and we'll decide whether we're the right fit. If I believe another therapist would better meet your needs, I'll help connect you with the appropriate resources.
