Great to meet you!

Kudos to you for caring for and supporting yourself by seeking therapy! Here are a few facts about me.....After attending graduate school at Univ. of North GA as a mid-life adult, I found that my passion lies in helping clients through Life Transitions (adulting, aging, empty nest, retirement, to name a few), Grief, Trauma, Relationship Struggles, and Depression/Anxiety. My internship experience was focused on sexual trauma, followed by work in public mental health and now in private practice. If you wish to book a consultation call, please email me directly to schedule -- please do not book it through the Headway site. Thank you. [email protected]

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create an emotionally safe and supportive therapeutic environment for you. We'll spend time building rapport, examining your strengths and stressors, assessing how life events have impacted functioning, building skills to navigate challenges, making meaning, and looking for paths and mindsets to move toward your own values-based living.

What you can expect from me

Oftentimes, we do not realize how frequently life stressors touch other aspects of our lives, and it is my privilege to come alongside clients and help them connect dots, gain insights, build tools and skills, heal hurts, and strengthen relationships. Therapy is not about my imposing a path upon you; rather, it is about my partnering with you to use research-supported methods to support, strengthen, encourage, instruct, and guide you as you navigate life.
