Great to meet you!
I bring both personal and professional insight into navigating complex identities, cultural expectations, and generational dynamics. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and I've been in the mental health field for nearly four years. Throughout my work, I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and OCD. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural responsiveness, and a deep belief in each person’s ability to heal and grow in their own way.
