Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a positively thinking yet direct therapist who works collaboratively with clients to assist them in developing the skills needed to live as healthy and happy as possible. I am very solution focused and recognize the importance of holistic work to ensure we are working on the whole person not just one aspect.

I have worked in both non for profit and private practice which has taught me the importance of providing a judgement free space that allows for understanding and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My preferred counseling style is to meet you where you’re at as I understand that everyone’s path is different. My goal would be to help improve your overall mindset while working through the challenges that life may present.

What you can expect from our first session

My motto is “I’m having a bad day, not a bad life” and hopefully working with me will help you adopt that mindset as well. The ultimate goal would be to have to confidence and skills needed to navigate life. Therapy cannot solve all of your problems but it can help you learn to navigate these issues in a healthy way.
