Great to meet you!

I work with high-functioning adults who are navigating self-doubt, imposter syndrome, anxiety, and life transitions. You might be juggling a lot, appearing “fine” on the outside, but inside things feel heavier, disconnected, or uncertain.

My style is exploratory and grounded. I’ll follow your lead while helping you stay connected to what matters most to you. I use humor often because therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy, and I aim to create a space that feels warm, real, and supportive.

My approach to therapy

Think of our sessions like talking to someone who truly sees you, can hold space for the messy in-between, and isn’t afraid to gently challenge what’s keeping you stuck. Whether you’re unpacking old patterns, navigating identity shifts, or trying to feel more like yourself again, we’ll go at your pace.

What you can expect from me

As an immigrant myself, I understand how disorienting it can be to straddle cultures, identities, and expectations. If you’re dealing with acculturation stress, family dynamics, or the pressure to always do more, you’re not alone and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

The goal isn’t to become someone else. It’s to feel more at home in who you are.
