Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Shlomit — but you can call me Shlo! I'm a licensed counselor who loves helping people through life's big transitions, whether that's anxiety, becoming a parent, or navigating grief. I bring a warm, holistic toolkit to our sessions, blending mindfulness, play therapy, and creative approaches to fit you. I work with kids, teens, and adults, and I'm proud to offer support in English, Spanish, and French. Aquí estoy para acompañarte. Ready to chat? Book a free 15-minute consultation— I'd love to meet you.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, humanistic approach and love mixing things up depending on what fits you best — mindfulness, expressive arts, dreamwork, and play therapy are all part of my toolkit. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and the prenatal-to-postpartum journey, and I'm passionate about supporting parents and families. Cada paso cuenta. No matter your background, my goal is to help you feel truly seen and understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other — no pressure, just an honest conversation about what brought you in and what you're hoping for. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you set the pace. No estás sola/o en esto.Together, we'll map out goals that feel meaningful to you, so you leave feeling hopeful and a little lighter already.
