Great to meet you!

I have experience working with clients who have a broad range and severity of clinical issues. I have experience working with substance abuse sufferers, trauma victims, families or couples struggling with relationships and marriage, and inter-familial conflict. Clinically, I also have years of experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, spectrum disorders, and obsessive behaviors. I have extensive training in EMDR as well.

My approach to therapy

I am compassionate, caring and an active listener. I foster the approach of being compassionate and a person that's easy to speak to help support the joining trust that I develop with my client's. I have experience utilizing many approaches of therapies; however, these are the therapy modalities I tend to use in treatment: CBT, Solution Focus Modalities, Narrative and Structural therapy, integrative couples therapy, EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Client's will have a clear understanding of the therapeutic process and how their goals and objectives will be worked through and achieved. In addition, each client will have a plan put in place that will support their individual process for improved understanding, change and growth.
