Specializes in

Grief, Loss

Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a certified grief educator (trained by David Kessler) with over 20 years of clinical experience. I have worked in outpatient mental health clinics, medical clinics, schools, and private practice. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment to a culturally diverse population, including children (ages 13 and up), adolescents, adults, and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a diverse range of skills, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and Ericksonian approaches, tailored to each patient’s unique personality and situation. Please note that I do not treat substance abuse.

What you can expect from our first session

It is crucial to feel comfortable with your therapist to talk openly. In counseling, I aim to understand your history, individual strengths, and personal life goals. I will help you identify what you want to achieve from counseling.

If I am currently unavailable, please send me an appointment request through Headway with your preferred appointment time. Please note that I do not have availability for late evening or weekend hours at this time.
