Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and improve their mental well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, providing personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their treatment. Together, we will develop a plan that aligns with your goals and helps you move toward greater emotional balance and overall wellness.

Whether you're experiencing overwhelming stress, persistent sadness, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or other mental health concerns, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered. I believe that successful treatment begins with creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and concerns. I take the time to listen, understand each person's unique circumstances, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, using evidence-based practices and medication management when appropriate. I work closely with clients to help them understand their symptoms, build effective coping strategies, and make informed decisions about their mental health care.

I value open communication and view treatment as a partnership. My goal is to empower clients with the tools, support, and guidance they need to improve their emotional well-being and achieve lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to treatment. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and treatment goals to gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs.

This initial appointment is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your expectations, and discuss any concerns you may have about treatment. Together, we'll review potential treatment options and develop a personalized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and recommendations for additional resources when appropriate.

My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and confident about taking the next steps in your mental health journey
