Great to meet you!
If you’re looking for therapy that goes beyond quick fixes and helps you understand yourself at a deeper level, you’ll likely feel at home here.
Hi! I’m Shobana, a licensed therapist, latte drinker, avid reader and someone who appreciates slowing down and noticing what others might miss. I offer virtual therapy for adults and couples across Washington, Colorado, and Wyoming.
I’m a depth-oriented, relational therapist who helps high-functioning individuals and couples understand and shift the patterns beneath the surface.
I specialize in working with people who are used to holding it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down underneath. Many of my clients are thoughtful, empathetic, and self-aware, yet find themselves repeating the same patterns in their relationships, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from themselves and unsure how to trust their own instincts.
My work often focuses on trauma, people-pleasing, self-worth, identity, and relationship patterns. I primarily work with high functioning women navigating the pressure to be everything for everyone, as well as supporting BIPOC clients and those from immigrant backgrounds, where cultural context and lived experience shape how they move through the world. I also work with individuals exploring or newly diagnosed with ADHD, as well as couples who want to move beyond surface-level communication and understand the deeper dynamics in their relationship.
This is the kind of work we’ll do together: Understanding the root, not just managing the surface.
