Great to meet you!

Hello! So glad to meet you! I am a clinical therapist with over 5 years of experience in individual therapy. Prior to my work in private practice, I worked in residential treatment with students and in education. I currently specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, attachment concerns, relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I truly believe in each individuals ability to come to a conclusion on what is best for them. With a little warmth, love and guided conversation, a person can really grow so much! My style in working with clients is very collaborative and kind.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope for my clients that they achieve their goals with their mental health. I also hope that they are able to feel supported and cared for along the way in therapy and given the tools that they need to grow.
