Great to meet you!

I am an LPC residing in Louisiana and I'm also now licensed to provide therapy to Georgia residents. I have 13 years of experience in mental health working as a mental health specialist, case manager, crisis therapist, counselor supervisor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger struggles, interpersonal problems and focusing struggles. I received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2016 and was licensed in 2018.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is informal and relaxed.

I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals without fear of judgment. I prioritize open communication, active listening, and collaboration, working with my clients to co-create strategies for growth and fulfillment in the way you see fit for yourself. I strive to empower men and women to tap into their inner strengths, overcome obstacles, and unlock balance and transformation.

What you can expect from me

My niche is active listening and providing feedback and making a person feel safe and comfortable to be themselves and change whatever aspect they want to change of themselves. My clients often describe me as their trusted confidante, a supportive ally, and a beacon of positivity in their journey. They appreciate my non-judgmental approach, my ability to listen actively, and my knack for providing insightful feedback.
