Great to meet you!

Helo! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 12 years of experience in the medical field. I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, starting from age 6 and continuing through adulthood!

I specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, women's mental health concerns, OCD, Sleep disorders, and LGBTQ+ issues

I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward your mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatry is integrative, considering the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle—while providing comprehensive evaluations and thoughtful medication management to discover the strategies and treatments that work best for you

What you can expect from me

Individuals can expect to feel truly heard and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
