Great to meet you!
I am a Doctor of Professional Counseling, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). My clinical approach is grounded in secure-functioning principles that support individuals in cultivating healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
I integrate evidence-based practices from the Gottman Method, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to guide clients in challenging and reframing unhelpful thought patterns. My goal is to help individuals move toward greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, and connection.
