Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Professional Counseling, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). My clinical approach is grounded in secure-functioning principles that support individuals in cultivating healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

I integrate evidence-based practices from the Gottman Method, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to guide clients in challenging and reframing unhelpful thought patterns. My goal is to help individuals move toward greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, and connection.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel supported in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and needs. From the very first session, we focus on understanding your immediate concerns and what brought you to counseling.

Our work together is personalized and flexible, guided by your goals, values, and desired outcomes. Whether you're navigating a crisis or seeking long-term growth, we begin by stabilizing the present and building clarity.

Using principles from secure functioning, Gottman Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and cultivate healthier relationships with yourself and others.
