Great to meet you!

Welcome to the safe place where your healing can begin! It is my hope that you can begin to grow through any difficult seasons of your life. In a space free of judgement or shame, I want to remind you of your value and worth. I am experienced in fostering the wellness of individuals and families, and would love to help you along the way. Come as you are and allow me to walk beside you to a freedom that is unique to you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

During sessions, I encourage you to examine your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, as well as to understand what is or isn't working. During these times, we are able to try shifting to healthier thoughts, beliefs, or behaviors. Preferred approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect that I support you in setting your own path to healing and happiness, at your pace, all while feeling heard and empowered. By the end of a session, I hope that you will feel that you are capable and ready to take action toward the goals that you have set for yourself.
