Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, communication issues, depression, self-esteem, and various life transitions. My focus is helping clients recognize their strengths and utilize their resources to enhance their decision-making and coping abilities. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to empower my clients by equipping them with the tools and support necessary to foster positive and effective change in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on meeting individuals where they are in their journey. My goal is to empower clients to create positive changes and cultivate healthy coping skills. I utilize a blend of techniques, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to tailor the experience to each person’s unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can look forward to feeling empowered and gaining valuable insights into their current challenges during our work together. In our sessions, we will collaboratively explore the issues at hand and establish clear goals, as well as effective coping skills tailored to address those challenges.
