Great to meet you!

I’m Shoshana, a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship, and other life challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I meet you where you are and work with you to find practical strategies that fit your unique needs and goals. My priority is in creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying a path forward. Many clients tell me they leave our first conversation feeling lighter and more hopeful.

Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and I look forward to helping you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I draw from psychodynamic therapy to help us understand the roots of your challenges, while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change. Above all, my work is client-centered, meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your unique needs.

I help people navigate relationship challenges, work-related stress, life transitions, health-related concerns, parenting concerns and times of feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I enjoy working with men and women across all stages of adulthood.

Together we'll build insight, strengthen healthy coping skills, and help you reconnect with a greater sense of meaning, purpose, and direction.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying a path forward together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a greater sense of hope and direction.
