Great to meet you!

The decision to start therapy is a deeply personal endeavor. I provide caring and compassionate psychotherapy specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and family members affected by a loved one's substance abuse. For those experiencing the unique challenges of perinatal mental health; fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum and the first years of parenting, my expertise provides a gentle and nurturing sanctuary. I provide both telehealth and in person sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

By integrating approaches such as DBT, attachment theory, and using a psychodynamic and holistic framework, I tailor my guidance to suit your unique needs. Through empathetic understanding and a non-judgmental atmosphere, we will work together to uncover root causes.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe therapy is a sanctuary for self-discovery, a compass for navigating life's challenges, and a mirror that reflects the strength within you. If you're ready to take the first step toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out and start this journey. With my help, you can build a path towards a more fulfilling and emotionally balanced life. Your well-being is my priority, and it will be an honor supporting you towards self-discovery.
