Great to meet you!

I am an independently, licensed social worker in Ohio, and got my masters from southeastern University in Florida. My experiences include working with OB, the homeless population, and children of all ages and diverse backgrounds, specifically in crisis.

I have utilized a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focus therapy, internal family systems, and dialectic behavior therapy.

My approach to therapy

My specialties include working with clients who are struggling with depression, trauma, self-injurious behavior, suicidal thoughts, family/interpersonal conflict, life transitions from birth to OB, as well as grief and loss.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a warm, welcoming environment, prioritizing building rapport. My passion is to help others seek healing, feel validated in their experiences, and encourage practical tools to manage their concerns. Therapy is meant to be client paced to lead to self discovery.
