I (pronouns: she/her) am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Southern California. I have extensive working and training experiences in university counseling centers, hospitals, and community mental health clinics. I provide individual and group therapy, clinical supervision, and consultations. Additionally, I am a certified yoga instructor and use a holistic approach in client care. Outside of work, I am passionate about rock climbing, practicing yoga, and playing with my two rescue puppies.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Additionally, I provide gender-affirming mental health services to members of transgender and gender diverse communities.

Using a relational and cultural approach, I help clients deepen their self-understanding and cultivate self-compassion. I meet clients where they are and support them in increasing their readiness for change.
