Great to meet you!

Hello! Nei Ho! Ni Hao!

Many of us feel “stuck” - stuck in a relationship, stuck in a job, stuck in a degree program, stuck in life. Over the years I have worked with clients to help them get “unstuck” by providing them with therapy, coaching, consultation and education.

My approach to therapy

Many of us have “unhelpful thinking” and are more influenced by our fears, doubts and insecurities rather than our hopes, dreams and aspirations. Many of us experience regret over things we have done that we wish we had not done and over things we have not done that we wish we had done. Many of us blame ourselves for bad things others have done to us. Many of us are searching for the joy and meaning in life. Many of us are trying to connect with others in more effective ways. Many of us are looking to better integrate our passion, our talents and our purpose. Through developing high potential solutions and increasing our capability, commitment, courage and confidence to implement those solutions, we can make important changes in how we approach living life more fully, more meaningfully, more joyfully.

What you can expect from me

Within a framework of psychological safety, I work with clients to have the difficult conversations needed to create the changes they want and need. I believe strongly in the importance of self-awareness, self-respect, self-efficacy, self-compassion/empathy, mindfulness and intentionality.
