I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 11 years of experience in the medical field. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Southern Illinois University, graduating in 2024. Throughout my career, I have cared for patients in diverse healthcare settings, giving me a strong foundation in both physical and mental health. This experience allows me to provide comprehensive, holistic care that recognizes the important connection between emotional and physical well-being.

I treat adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I believe every individual deserves compassionate, personalized care in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to partner with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote resilience, improve daily functioning, and support lasting emotional wellness.
